Gesächt est un solo qui explore l'idée que le corps est constitué de nombreux autres corps : nous sommes tous les corps que nous avons copié, imité, admiré, aimé, haï.
Dans un jeu entre reconnaissable et non-reconnaissable, le corps devient un paysage où apparaissent et disparaissent des “figures”.
Je choisis de m'emparer de la figure du chanteur lyrique parce qu'il est la voix, le visage, la posture, l'être de représentation par excellence.
J'étudie les postures et les mimiques du baryton Dietrich Fisher Diskau.
Le corps comme unique terrain vibrant. La lumière comme unique accompagnement. Le costume comme unique apparat.

Gesächt is a solo piece that explores the idea that body is made by other bodies : we are all the bodies that we had imitated, admired, loved, hated.
In a game between what we can recognize and what we cannot, the body becomes a landscape where figures appears and disappears.
I choose the figure of the singer as he embodies the voice, the face, the posture, the being of the representation.
I studied postures of the baritone singer Dietrich Fisher Diskau.
Body as an only ground. Light as the only accompaniment. Costume as the only pomp.
