Tutuguri - site specific is a part of the solo piece Tutuguri wich is adapted to non theatrical spaces (galleries, gardens, studios, hall etc ...)
Here, vocal cords and body are playing together, offering to « hear » dance. In a polyphonic solo piece, Tutuguri explores the dissynchronicity between movements and sounds, in a perpetual conflict of opposites. The dancer’s body is inhabited by whispers, animal growls, children’s noises, alien sounds, conversations, spasms, singing from the guts, transporting us to a spectral landscape of voices.
Tutuguri aims connectedness, it proposes fluxes of sounds and affects and promotes bridges to nothingness.
Tutuguri - in situ est une partie du solo Tutuguri qui s'adapte à des espaces non théâtraux (galeries, musées, jardins, studios, hall, etc... )
Ici, les cordes vocales et le corps sont mis en jeu, Tutuguri c'est voir et entendre une danse.
De ce corps vocal émane tout un éventail de sons : chant, chuchotis, bribes de conversations, bruits d'animaux, cris de nourrissons ou cliquetis d'aliens, les sonorités dans Tutuguri glissent et se heurtent à la gestuelle.
Parfois l'audible correspond au visible, parfois, au contraire, ils se télescopent, se décalent, produisent des assemblages inattendus et déroutants. Le corps se transforme en un réceptacle, en un refuge accueillant quantité d'êtres, d'identités et d'histoires. Tutuguri, c'est un être qui aurait englouti des mondes.
